The device has a drivable centrifugal wheel (2) adjustable with respect to its rotation and comprising a housing (1) attached to a fuel supply line and supported on a frame (9). A framework (8) surrounds a fuel discharge recess (4) of the housing. The housing and the frame are supported around two pivot axes (10, 11) in a pivotally adjustable manner, where the pivot axes are perpendicular to each other. One of the pivot axes run parallel to an axis of the centrifugal wheel and the other pivot axis runs transverse to the discharge recess.

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zur Wurfbeschickung eines Rostes mit kleinstückeligem Brennstoff beschrieben, die ein antreibbares Schleuderrad (2) umfasst, dessen auf einem Gestell (9) gelagertes Gehäuse (1) an eine Brennstoffzuleitung angeschlossen ist und einen tangentialen Brennstoffauswurf (4) aufweist. Um vorteilhafte Abwurfbedingungen sicherzustellen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Gehäuse (1) des bezüglich seiner Drehzahl einstellbaren Schleuderrads (2) in einem Rahmen (8) und der Rahmen (8) gegenüber dem Gestell (9) um zueinander senkrechte Schwenkachsen (10, 11) schwenkverstellbar gelagert sind, von denen eine parallel zur Achse des Schleuderrads (2) und die andere quer zum Brennstoffauswurf (4) verlaufen.
