The handle holder (7) comprises a base member (27) made of a one-piece construction and having a first side to which a device (14) for holding the door handle (5) at least on one side is disposed in one-piece construction, and having a guiding and fastening device (15) disposed in the interior (12) of the base member (27) in one-piece construction, said guiding and fastening device being able to hold an elongated fastening means (21) for fastening the handle holder (7) to the door panel (3) and being designed such that the fastening means (21) can be introduced through a side surface (8) of the handle body (27), in particular at an angle, for the purposes of fastening the handle holder (7) to the door panel (3) and such that the fastening means (21) includes an acute intermediate angle (a) with a fastening side opposite to the first side.
