Abstract (en)

The device has a cutting knife (13) i.e. sickle knife, rotated around a knife axis (A) and circulating around a middle axis in a planetary manner. The cutting knife is attached at a knife holder (15), and adjusting devices (50) enable movement of the cutting knife relative to the knife holder in an adjusting direction (V), which runs parallel to the knife axis. The holder has a rotating and/or circular connector section (21) for the cutting knife. The knife and holder are coupled together via a toothing unit. The adjusting devices comprise electromagnets (51, 53), which act on the knife.

Abstract (de)

Eine Vorrichtung zum Aufschneiden von Lebensmittelprodukten umfasst eine Produktzuführung, wenigstens ein Schneidmesser, das um eine Messerachse rotiert und/oder um eine Mittelachse planetarisch umläuft und dem wenigstens ein aufzuschneidendes Produkt in einer Produktzuführrichtung zuführbar ist, und eine Messerhalterung, an der das Schneidmesser anbringbar ist. Es ist eine Verstelleinrichtung vorgesehen, mittels der das Schneidmesser relativ zu der Messerhalterung in einer Verstellrichtung bewegbar ist.
