[origin: WO2010075402A1] Laccase enzymes and nucleic acid sequences encoding such laccase enzymes are described. The laccase enzymes may be employed in conjunction with mediators in improved methods for modifying the color of denim fabrics. Low temperature and single-bath textile processing using laccase enzymes are also described.
