[origin: EP2377443A2] The method involves arranging a suction plate (10) i.e. feed-through, on a surface area (26), where bottom (14) of the suction plate is spaced by a spacing element (18) i.e. spacing rollers, on the surface area. An end of the suction pipe is attached with a connection piece (22) i.e. nozzle corner, of the suction plate. Another end of the suction pipe is connected with a pump assembly. The pump assembly is switched on if needed to push fluids (27) and particles from the surface area to the suction plate. The connection piece is arranged at a top face (16) of a planar base (12). An independent claim is also included for a suction plate comprising a planar base.
