The present invention relates to a beam structure for supporting a floor or a floor element, a floor, a construction assembly and a method for constructing a construction assembly. The beam structure comprises: - an upper beam comprising a first contact surface for supporting a floor or a floor element; - a lower beam in substantially parallel relationship to the upper beam and comprising a second contact surface for supporting a covering panel; - a load bearing structure connected with the upper beam and the lower beam and providing a distance between said beams.
