[origin: EP2378043A2] The device (10) has lower and upper pressure plates (20, 22) arranged parallel to each other for clamping the device between a component and a building. Two wedges (24, 26) are moved against each other and cooperate with inner sides of the pressure plates for changing mutual distance of the plates. The pressure plates comprise inwardly arranged projections that are arranged corresponding to each other such that the projections are engaged with less-adjusted mutual distance of the pressure plates. The pressure plates are connected by a flexible part, and are made of plastic. The flexible part is made of plastic or metal.
