[origin: EP2378179A1] A plugging machine for the execution of interventions of installation, repair, maintenance on pressure fluids supply piping without interruption of the service, comprising a cylindrical frame (1) able to be flanged (2) to a valve or a fitting welded on the pipe (30); a plug which is insertable inside the pipe by means of a plug insertion and positioning rod (6) that can slide inside the cylindrical frame (1); a universal joint (15) able to operate, through the rod (6), two tapered steel disks (17-16) that make the body of the plug and to force the rubber gasket (18) between them to be pressed against the pipe inner wall (30).
