[origin: WO2010069641A1] The invention relates to a water processing plant (10) having a filter element (11) arranged between a water inlet line (13) for raw water and a water outlet line (14) for purified water, further having a pumping device (15) for pumping through, in particular pressing and/or drawing the water through the filter element (11), at least one cleaning device (20) for the filter element (11), sensors (30, 32, 33) for detecting water properties, and a control device (25) connected to the sensors (30, 32, 33) for controlling the at least one cleaning device (20). According to the invention, the control device (25) comprises a computer program (40) for the adaptive control of the at least one cleaning device (20) and/or an adaptive change in the volume flow of the pumping device (15). Furthermore, the invention comprises a method for operating a water processing plant (10) and a computer program (40).
