[origin: EP2380545A1] The device has a moving element (10) movable along a curve type guiding element (20). A telescopic-type extension arm element (30) stands in contact with the moving element and axially extends from the moving element to a center of the curve type guiding element. The device is designed such that the extension arm element is radially impacted with predetermined force from outwards, during holding of the extension arm element at a radial inner end. The guiding element is designed in a disk-type, and the moving element is movable along the guiding element via two running rollers (12).
