Abstract (en)
The processing machine has a deflecting element (13) provided with axis position (35). A sheet guiding cylinder (6) is arranged with respect to the axis position above another axis position (36) of the sheet guiding cylinder. A nozzle system is arranged in conveying direction (22) after a transmission area (18) for producing blowing air flow (25). The blowing air flow is directed in the transmission area. The blow air flow is directed tangentially against a lateral surface of the sheet guiding cylinder and against lower side of a sheet material (21).
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verarbeitungsmaschine mit einem Ausleger für Bogenmaterial. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es eine Verarbeitungsmaschine derart zu verbessern, dass in einem Übergebereich des Bogenmaterials eine prozessstabile, abschmierfreie Bogenführung realisiert wird. Gelöst wird das dadurch, indem zwischen dem in Förderrichtung 22 des Bogenmaterials 21 letzten Bogenführungszylinder 6 und dem in Förderrichtung 22 ersten Umlenkelement 13 ein Übergabebereich 18 für das Bogenmaterial 21 vorgesehen ist, in Förderrichtung 22 nach dem Übergabebereich 18 ein erstes Düsensystem zur Erzeugung einer in den Übergabebereich 18 gerichteten ersten Blasluftströmung angeordnet ist und das erste Düsensystem mit einer ersten Pneumatikquelle 23 in Funktionsverbindung ist.
