Abstract (en)
The element has lower and upper plates (1, 2) made from steel and arranged at a top part, where the plates are tightly bonded with each other in edge areas. A meandering channel (3) is formed between the plates for guiding a cooling medium through the cladding element. The upper plate or lower plate is designed as a milled sheet with a meandering milled slot (4) that forms the channel, where a side of the upper plate facing away from the lower plate comprises a weld plating (5). The channel has channel sections running over entire length and breadth of the element.

Ein Verkleidungselement für Vorrichtungsteile von Verbrennungsöfen besteht aus einer Unterplatte (1) aus Stahl und einer Oberplatte (2) aus Stahl die übereinanderliegen und die zumindest in Randbereichen dicht miteinander verbunden sind. Zwischen der Unterplatte (1) und der Oberplatte (2) ist ein mäandernder Kanal (3) zur Führung eines Kühlmediums durch das Verkleidungselement ausgebildet. Dabei ist entweder die Oberplatte (2) oder die Unterplatte (1) ein fräsbearbeitetes Blech mit einer mäandernden Einfräsung (4), die den Kanal (3) bildet, und die Oberplatte (2) weist auf der der Unterplatte (1) abgewandten Seite eine Schweissplattierung (5) auf.
