Abstract (en)

The functional component such as pressure transmitter for measure technical application on corrosive measuring media, comprises a base body (8) and a metal film made of a metallic corrosion resistant special material. The metal film is welded on a joining area (12) of the base body. The metal film made of special material is welded by a fiber laser (2) with a continuous moving laser beam (18) according to pre-determined welding parameter in such a way that the alloy of the welding seam in the region of the base body externally lying the surface of the metal film consists of iron components. The functional component such as pressure transmitter for measure technical application on corrosive measuring media, comprises a base body (8) and a metal film made of a metallic corrosion resistant special material. The metal film is welded on a joining area (12) of the base body. The metal film made of special material is welded by a fiber laser (2) with a continuous moving laser beam (18) according to pre-determined welding parameter in such a way that the alloy of the welding seam in the region of the base body externally lying the surface of the metal film consists of iron components. The special material of the metal film is hastelloy, titanium, monel and/or nickel. The section of a running web of the welding seam lies on the joining area. The metal film is welded with corresponding progress of the weld seam over the common joining area. The weld seam is subjected in a loop-shaped web spirally winding around the middle point of the joining area and is arranged along a transport path in recurring loops. The functional component has a membrane bed (10) on a side, and a connection on another side for a measuring device. The metal film is arranged as a membrane before the membrane bed and is welded on a joining area surrounding the membrane bed. A membrane area is fluidically connected between the membrane and the membrane bed over a channel carrying through the base body, with the connection for the measuring device. Independent claims are included for: (1) a laser beam welding device for welding a metal film made of metallic corrosion resistant special material on a joining area of a base body; and (2) a method for welding a metal film made of metallic corrosion resistant special material on a joining area of a base body.

Abstract (de)

Funktionsbauteile insbesondere für messtechnische Anwendungen, wie Druckmittler, weisen einen metallischen Grundkörper 8 und eine Metallfolie aus metallischem Sonderwerkstoff auf, wobei die Metallfolie an einer Fügefläche 13 des Grundkörpers 8 angeschweißt ist. Um die Haltbarkeit der angeschweißten Metallfolie zu erhöhen, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass die Metallfolie mittels eines Faserlasers 2 mit einem kontinuierlichen Laserstrahl 18 derart angeschweißt ist, dass die Legierung einer Schweißnaht im Kontaktbereich zwischen dem Grundkörper 8 und der Metallfolie aus einer lokalen Mischgefügezone besteht, in der sich die geschmolzenen Werkstoffe des Grundkörpers 8 und der Metallfolie vermischen, und die Legierung der Schweißnaht im Bereich einer bzgl. des Grundkörpers 8 außen liegenden Oberfläche der Metallfolie keine Bestandteile, insbesondere keine Eisenbestandteile, des Materials des Grundkörpers 8 enthält.
