[origin: WO2010081776A1] The invention relates to a ski binding comprising at least one binding jaw holding a ski boot, having a release mechanism fitted with at least one release spring and with moving and fixed binding components (1) which absorb forces during operation. At least one of the force absorbing components comprises an internal frame piece (3)and are reinforcing shell (2) connected thereto which is a laminated moulding of carbon longitudinal fibres or glass longitudinal fibres.
