[origin: EP2213440A1] The method involves arranging an external pipe (13) at a distance from an internal pipe (2), where the external pipe is made up of plastic material. A foamed plastic coating is filled to chamber between the internal pipe and external pipe, where the internal pipe is foamed and the external pipe is extruded on a pipe (10) that is formed from the foamed internal pipe. Corrugated molds are generated by forming tools (16-21) after the completion of an extrusion and are pressed in a conduct pipe (22) by the forming tools. An independent claim is also included for a thermally insulated conduit pipe comprising an insulation layer.
