[origin: EP2383419A2] The device comprises a drill head (2) which is formed as an extrusion drill attached at a lower end of a tube arrangement (1), which has a lower pointed cone running out in a front tip. A tapering upper truncated cone is provided with a circumferential spiral extending on its height. The lower end of the spiral, is formed as a cutting edge which extends radially in a circumferential direction.
