[origin: EP2383539A1] The device (1) has a main portion (2) that is incorporates a secondary detonator (7) which integral with a rotor (6) or flap. The secondary detonator is activated by a mobile firing pin (15) and the pin is arranged opposite to a primary detonator to be projected by gases resulting from the ignition of the primary detonator (5).
