[origin: EP2384096A2] The head (1) has a base element (10) comprising two high voltage-chargeable electrodes (12, 12a-12c) that are arranged on rods of the base element in a movable manner in a circumferential direction and in a radial direction of the head. The electrodes are arranged symmetrically to a rotational axis of the head, where the base element has a central opening (11) for accommodating a drive shaft of a drive device. The base element is made from a metal plate and designed in a dendriform.
