Abstract (en)
The blank (150) has a front panel (104) connected to a base panel (102) by a common edge along an anterior folding line (204). A rear panel (106) is connected to the base panel by the common edge along a posterior folding line (206). A left side panel (108) is connected to the base panel. A right side panel (110) is connected to the base panel. Free edges (214a, 214b, 216a, 216b) of the front and rear panels are pressed along a direction perpendicular to a plane of the side panels over a width of bands (218a, 218b, 220a, 220b) that run along the edges of the front and rear panels. An independent claim is also included for a method for obtaining a blank folded to form a box.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'un flan (150) destiné à être plié pour obtenir une boîte, ledit procédé d'obtention comprenant: - une étape de fourniture d'une planche, - une étape de découpage consistant à découper ladite planche sous la forme du flan (150) comprenant: - un panneau de fond (102), - un panneau avant (104) relié au panneau de fond (102), - un panneau arrière (106) relié au panneau de fond (102), - un panneau latéral gauche (108) relié au panneau de fond (102), et - un panneau latéral droit (110) relié au panneau de fond (102), - une étape de formation de lignes de pliage consistant à former des lignes de pliage (204, 206, 208, 210) entre le panneau de fond (102) et chacun des panneaux avant (104), arrière (106) et latéraux (108, 110), et - pour chaque bord libre d'un premier type d'un des panneaux latéraux (108, 110), avant (104) ou arrière (106), une étape d'emboutissage consistant à emboutir un bord libre (214a, 214b, 216a, 216b) d'un deuxième type d'un autre panneau (104, 106, 108, 110) destiné à venir en contact avec ledit bord libre du premier type après pliage du flan (150), selon une direction perpendiculaire au plan dudit autre panneau (108, 110, 104, 106) sur la largeur d'une bande (218a, 218b, 220a, 220b) qui court le long dudit bord libre (214a, 214b, 216a, 216b) du deuxième type.
