Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2385304A2] The burner has an annular central body (2) provided with an annular duct (4) that is connected to a supply line (3) when the central body is concentric to a burner center axis (1). A film applicator (5) conically widens at a fuel exit side and into radially inward area. A fuel exit opening is connected to the annular duct. The film applicator is provided downstream adjacent to the fuel exit opening in an area facing the fuel exit side, and includes a step-like, annular protruding area placed radially to the burner center axis, where the protruding area is formed in cone shape.
