The method involves providing a flowable adhesive for a dosing device (1) e.g. dosing valve, transfer valve and electro-pneumatic 2/2-way valve, determining viscosity of the adhesive in the dosing device, and pressurizing the adhesive. The provided adhesive is dosed to a nozzle (170) of the dosing device by closing and opening of a closure device (160) for the nozzle. Electric voltage is applied between an outlet of the nozzle and a component at the outlet, so that particles of the adhesive generated during dosing are advanced and absorbed by the electro-statically charged component. An independent claim is also included for an adhesive application device comprising a dosing device.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Dosiersystem zum Bereitstellen eines fließfähigen Materials, insbesondere zum Auftragen eines Klebstoffs, mit zumindest einer Dosiervorrichtung (1) umfassend eine Kammer mit einem Austrittskanal (170) zum Bereitstellen des fließfähigen Materials und eine Verschlusseinrichtung (160) für den Austrittskanal, so dass das bereitgestellte fließfähige Material dosierbar ist sowie zumindest einen elektrostatischen Fänger als Partikelauffang-Vorrichtung (40) zum Auffangen von beim Dosieren am Ausgang des Austrittskanals generierten Partikeln des fließfähigen Materials.
