The device has a molding box (22) filled with a mass of concrete (39) that is pressed against inner walls of the molding box. The molding box is formed in a semi-opened shape, which forms an upward opened filling area (52) through which the concrete flows. A press element (54) acts on the filling area for locking the filling area. The walls of the molding box are adjustably designed as pressure plates (37). A carrying mold (40) made of metal is inserted in the molding box that forms an inner wall of a half-open pre-cast concrete manufactured part. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing semi-opened concrete parts.

Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von halboffenen Betonteilen mit einem Formkasten (22), bei dem die eingefüllte Betonmasse (39) gegen die Innenwände des Formkastens (22) gepresst wird, wobei der Formkasten (22) als eine halboffene Form ausgebildet ist, die einen nach oben geöffneten Einfüllraum (52) ausbildet, über den der Beton (39) einfließt, wobei auf den Einfüllraum (52) mindestens ein den Einfüllraum (52) abschließendes Presselement (38, 53, 54) einwirkt. Verfahren zur Herstellung von halboffenen Betonteilen, wobei eine eingefüllte Betonmasse gegen die Innenwände eines Formkastens gepresst wird, wobei folgende Schritte ablaufen: €¢ das Einschalen des Formkastens (22) mit einer Trägerform (40), €¢ das Einfüllen des Betons (39) in die nach oben offene Form des Formenkastens (22), €¢ das Pressen im halboffenen Formenraum durch eine Oberpresse (53), €¢ das Ausschalen des Formenkastens (22) €¢ und das Reinigen der Form in einer Waschstation (20).
