[origin: EP2386704A2] The device (10) has a lock (1) with a bolt locking bar and/or a trap (3), which is extendable and retractable by a motor driving device. The motor driving device is electrically operatable by a control device (4). A self-sufficient current supply buffer component (6) is interconnected between the motor driving device and the control device in such a manner that an emergency actuation of the bolt locking bar and/or the trap for its adjustment in a closing position is ensured by the motor driving device during a power failure or an interruption of an electric circuit.
