Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2387047A1] The method involves embedding a winding in a fluid to produce a conductor (1) i.e. three-core cord, where the fluid cools the winding. Insulated individual electrical conductors (2) with rectangular cross-section are arranged in a stack and are made of copper, and the conductor is wound with a strip- and/or strand-shaped winding material e.g. band (4), cord and netting, for producing common insulation, where the winding material is formed from plastic with embossed shape memory. The produced winding is heated at temperature during which the winding material is shorter in a winding direction. An independent claim is also included for an electrical conductor for producing an electrical winding for an electrical device.
