Abstract (en)
The method involves arranging a honeycomb structure into a mold (1) comprising a lower side and a lateral edge (4). A cover (2) is arranged at smaller distance to the honeycomb structure, and the entire honeycomb structure is filled with foam e.g. polyol or isocyanate. The foam is automatically hardened. The honeycomb structure is made from NOMEX(RTM: flame resistant meta-aramid material)-paper, aluminum or plastic i.e. polycarbonate, where the covering layer having a reinforcing structure is arranged between the cover and the honeycomb structure. An independent claim is also included for a loudspeaker membrane comprising a honeycomb structure.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Lautsprechermembran. Um eine verbesserte Lautsprechermembran herstellen zu können, soll eine flächige Wabenstruktur mit einem selbsttätig aushärtenden und/oder gezielt aushärtbaren Schaum gefüllt werden und anschließend der Schaum aushärtet bzw. ausgehärtet werden.
