Abstract (en)

The method involves arranging a coil on cops sleeve, producing spinning cops (3) on work station (2) of ring spinning machine and determining location and size of the coil or the spinning cops. The unwinding behavior of the spinning cops is evaluated during rewinding of the spinning cops on work station of a coil machine. The evaluated result is transmitted to the ring spinning machine. The evaluated result is processed from the controlling of the ring spinning machine for optimization of the location and size of the coil. An independent claim is also included for a ring spinning machine for the execution of a manufacturing method.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Spinnkopsen (3), deren auf einer Kopshülse (33) angeordnete Wicklung eine durch das Spinnprogramm einer Ringspinnmaschine (40) vorgegebene Lage und Größe aufweist sowie eine Ringspinnmaschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die optimale Lage und Größe der Wicklung der auf den Arbeitsstellen von Ringspinnmaschinen (40) herzustellenden Spinnkopse (3) dadurch ermittelt wird, dass beim Umspulen wenigstens eines Spinnkopses (3) auf einer Arbeitsstelle (2) einer Spulmaschine (1) das Abspulverhalten des Spinnkopses (3) bewertet wird.
