Abstract (en)
The gripper has three plane-shaped coarse thread spindles (3) passed through inner coarse threads of a piston (4) and rotated by compressed air during axial movement of the pistons. A clamping rocker arm stretches a work-piece. Length of a lever arm of the clamping rocker arm is equal to pitch circle radius of a plane-shaped arrangement, so that direction of clamping force exactly lies at a point of gripper jaws on the work-piece in a central axis of the gripper. Pivoting angle of the clamping rocker arm is larger than pitch circle diameter of the plane-shaped arranged coarse thread spindles.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Greifer mit in der Ebene des Radius schwenkenden Klemmschwingen (8) mit großen Werkstückspannbereich, wobei drei Steilgewindespindeln (3) planetenförmig angeordnet durch einen Kolben (4) mit Innensteilgewinden hindurchgeführt werden ( Fig.1 ) und bei axialer Bewegung des Kolben (4) durch z.B. Druckluft alle drei Spindeln (3) planetenförmig in Drehung gebracht werden und insbesondere gleichzeitig den Kolben (4) an einer Drehbewegung hindern und dabei die Klemmschwingen (8) das Werkstück (14) spannen.
