Abstract (en)
The device has multiple jet nozzles (8) arranged parallel to each other and provided with two jet channels (6, 7) for production of fuel jets that are partly collided one on the other in a percussion zone (S). The jet nozzles form a fan nozzle for production of a fan beam (9) by the jet channels, where expansion of the fan beam in a fan level is larger than in a transverse direction to the fan level. A closure element is provided for closing a fuel supply. The jet channels are distributed on a peripheral surface of a nozzle body and formed as circular channels.

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Einspritzen von Brennstoff in einen Brennraum, insbesondere zum Einspritzen von Kraftstoff in einen Zylinder eines Verbrennungsmotors vorgeschlagen, die eine Mehrfachstrahldüse (8) mit wenigstens zwei Strahlkanälen (6, 7) zur Erzeugung wenigstens zweier, in einer Prallzone aufeinander prallender Brennstoffstrahlen umfasst. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung soll eine verbesserte Brennstoffverteilung im Brennraum ermöglichen. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, dass zwei oder mehrere solcher Mehrfachstrahldüsen (8), insbesondere zwei oder mehrere Doppelstrahl-Düsen (8) vorgesehen sind.
