The apparatus has a nozzle unit (1) with multiple glue outlets openings (4), where glue supply lines (3) and multiple glue valves (5,6,7) are arranged for supplying glue through the glue outlets openings. Each glue valve has a plunger (8,9,10) with a sealing head and a counter-element (11,12,13). The sealing head comes into a sealing contact by the plunger. The counter-element is arranged in close proximity to a glue chamber (2). The nozzle unit is partially made of plastic. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an apparatus for applying glue to areas of paper or plastic sheets or paper or plastic rail sections for manufacturing paper bags.

Die Erfindung beschreibt eine Vorrichtung zum Auftragen von Leim auf Bereiche von Papier- oder Kunststoffbahnen oder Papier- oder Kunststoffbahnabschnitten zur Herstellung von Papiersäcken. Diese Vorrichtung umfasst - eine Düseneinheit (1) mit mehreren Leimaustrittsöffnungen (4) und Leimzuführleitungen (3) sowie mit mehreren Leimventilen (5,6,7), über welche die Leimzuführleitungen (3) selektiv mit Leim versorgbar sind, wobei jedes Leimventil (5,6,7) zumindest einen Stößel (8,9,10) mit einem Dichtkopf und zumindest ein Gegenelement (11,12,13), mit welchem der Dichtkopf in abdichtendem Kontakt treten kann, und - eine Leimkammer (2), mit welcher Leim bereitstellbar ist. Das Gegenelement (11,12,13) ist in oder in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Leimkammer (2) angeordnet.
