[origin: EP2392540A1] The truck (1) has an energy supply unit (7) i.e. battery block, arranged in a battery compartment (6) within a vehicle body (5). The supply unit is movable through a lateral opening (8) of the body in a horizontal direction. Pushing carriages are displaceably arranged in the compartment in a transverse direction. The body includes a support device, which automatically locks the body against lateral inclinations during extending the carriages from operating positions into exchanging positions and during retracting the carriages from the exchanging positions into the operating positions.
