The apparatus has a vaporizer (5) i.e. wire-tube vaporizer, arranged within a storage chamber and along a vertical wall (10) of the storage chamber. The vaporizer comprises vertical wires that connect horizontal pipe sections with each other. The vaporizer comprises horizontal wires that connect vertical pipe sections with each other.
