[origin: WO2010088732A1] A cosmetic removal implement which comprises an elongate body portion (5) having a contact tip (7) at an end, the body having therein; i. a storage spool (31) having spooled thereon a tape (65) of cleaning material; ii. a collection spool (35) operationally connected to the storage spool by the tape; ill. a reservoir (21) containing a cosmetic removal composition, the reservoir (21) being in fluid connection with at least a portion of the tape (65); and wherein the tape is capable of motion along a tape path from the storage spool (31) over at least a portion of the contact tip (7) to the collection spool (35).
