[origin: WO2010089494A1] The invention relates to an element (1) consisting of three parts (2, 3, 4) of metal sheet to be assembled by welding, in particular by laser welding. According to the invention, on one area of said element, two of said parts (3, 4) include a series of cut-outs (5) defining full portions (6) and empty portions (7) and arranged so that a full portion (6) belonging to a first part (3, 4) is positioned opposite an empty portion (7) belonging to a second part (3, 4) so that each portion of the element to be welded includes the bodies of two parts.
