Abstract (en)
Needle board comprises a base plate (16), and multiple needles (8), which are arranged in a predetermined pattern in a region of the base plate, and whose tips protrude from the base plate, where the needle board comprises multiple needle modules (20), each of which comprise a carrier plate (22), which is provided with multiple needles and is inserted into a holder (18) of the base plate. An independent claim is also included for producing the needle board comprising: (i) providing a base plate with several holders; (ii) providing multiple needle modules, whose each carrier plate is provided with several needles; and (iii) inserting the needle module in the holders of the base plate.

Das Nadelbrett für eine Nadelmaschine umfasst eine Grundplatte (16) und eine Mehrzahl von Nadeln (8), die in einem vorbestimmten Muster im Bereich der Grundplatte (16) angeordnet sind und deren Spitzen aus der Grundplatte (16) hervorragen. Dabei besitzt das Nadelbrett eine Mehrzahl von Nadelmodulen (20), von denen jedes eine Trägerplatte (22) aufweist, die mit einer Mehrzahl von Nadeln (8) bestückt ist und in eine Aufnahme (18) der Grundplatte (16) eingesetzt ist.
