The component comprises a bulking material (11) or adjustment particles and a layer (10) for building insulation or removal of building loads, where a binding material (12) is provided with resin, particularly epoxy resin or plastic resin or natural resin. The two layers are fastened or stuck together by the binding material. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing components.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bauteil, beispielsweise für ein Gebäude, vorzugsweise ein Fertigbauteil, insbesondere ein Wand-, Dach- oder Deckenelementbauteil, mit zumindest einer ersten Schicht (10), die ein Bindemittel (12) und ein Blähmaterial (11) und/oder Zuschlagteilchen (11) aufweist. Ferner kann das Bauteil zumindest eine zweite Schicht (20) umfassen. Es ist möglich, dass das Bindemittel (12) der ersten Schicht (10) ein Harz, insbesondere ein Epoxidharz ist. Es ist auch möglich, dass die erste Schicht (10) und die zweite Schicht (20) mittels des Bindemittels (12) der ersten Schicht (10) aneinander befestigt werden und/oder aneinander haften. Ferner wird ein zugehöriges Herstellverfahren bereitgestellt.
