Abstract (en)

The high temperature-sealant (10) comprises a ceramic refractive sealing material, and a moisture-proof multi-layered sheath surrounding the refractive sealing material, where the sheath disintegrates at 50-200[deg] C, forms a carbon layer in an upper surface area of the ceramic sealing material after the disintegration and has partial adhesive areas at the outer side. The adhesive areas are implemented on the basis of a carbon-containing adhesive material and are formed by adhesive strips covered with a removable protective film (11). The high temperature-sealant (10) comprises a ceramic refractive sealing material, and a moisture-proof multi-layered sheath surrounding the refractive sealing material, where the sheath disintegrates at 50-200[deg] C, forms a carbon layer in an upper surface area of the ceramic sealing material after the disintegration and has partial adhesive areas at the outer side. The adhesive areas are implemented on the basis of a carbon-containing adhesive material and are formed by adhesive strips covered with a removable protective film (11). The refractive sealing material is made of 30-70 mass% of granular refractive components and 70-30 mass% of silicon dioxide -containing components, which are stable at 100[deg] C and partially disintegrates at greater than 100[deg] C under the formation of free silicon dioxide. The fixed components of the refractive sealing material are present in a grain fraction (d50) of less than 250 mu m. The sheath has one of the shapes such as cushion, cuff, scarf, plate, pipe, funnel and ring.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hochtemperatur-Dichtung mit folgenden Merkmalen: - einer keramischen refraktären Dichtmasse, - einer die refraktäre Dichtmasse umgebenden Umhüllung, - die Umhüllung zersetzt sich bei Temperaturen zwischen >50 und <2000 Grad Celsius und - bildet nach der Zersetzung im Oberflächenbereich der keramischen Dichtmasse eine Kohlenstoff-Schicht.
