Abstract (en)

The housing (1) has inner casing surfaces defining an inner space, where rigid and axially flexible ribs or rib attachments or burls or grooves are arranged at the casing surfaces. The inner space is divided by the ribs or rib attachments or burls or grooves into rows of chambers (76) for accommodating core disks or core parts of magnetic core columns for inductive components. The rigid and axially flexible ribs or rib attachments or burls or compressible intermediate layers are formed such that nominal value of inductivity of the components to be assembled is adjustable. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a grid housing.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gehäuse zum Aufbau von Luftspalt- geteilten magnetischen Kernsäulen für induktive Bauteile. Das Gehäuse umfasst mindestens einen langgestreckten Rasterschalen- Hohlkörper, an dessen innerer Mantelfläche mehrere, radial in den Innenraum hineinragende Rippen oder Rippenansätze und Noppen angeordnet sind, wobei der Innenraum durch die Rippen, Rippenansätze oder Noppen oder Nuten mit Zwischenlagen in mehrere meist viele axial aneinander gereihte Kammern zur Aufnahme von die magnetische Kernsäule bildenden Kernscheiben oder Kernteilen unterteilt ist. Dabei sind die inneren Rippen- oder Rippenansätze meist starr ausgebildet, die nach außen angeordneten Rippen komprimierbar oder Noppen biegbar bis abscherbar um genaue Summenluftspalte herstellen zu können.
