[origin: WO2010092521A2] A winding device (1) for a pulling belt (2) comprises a winding roller (4) supported by an arm (5) which projects cantilever-style from an anchor plate (6), and a cover (7) for covering the plate (6), the cover comprising a hole (9) through which the belt (2) can pass. The device (1) comprises means (17, 18) for rotating the cover (7) parallel with the plane in which it lies and relative to the plate (6), and for stably maintaining the angle assigned.
