The mail receiving container (1) has a receiving box (11) and an electrically controllable interlocking device (61) which is controlled by an electronic control device (2) to interlock or unlock an input from the receiving box. The electronic control device contains a safety module which is connected with a microcomputer of the electronic control device under normal operating conditions. The microcomputer is connected with an input-output device under normal operating conditions. An input unit and an output unit control the electronic control device. An independent claim is also included for a dispatch system with a communication network.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Postempfangsbehälter, der mindestens eine Aufnahmebox (11 —† ) und eine elektronisch ansteuerbare Verriegelungseinrichtung (61 —† ), welche durch eine elektronische Steuereinheit angesteuert wird, um einen Zugang zur Aufnahmebox zu verriegeln bzw. zu entriegeln, sowie der Eingabemittel (4 —† , 9 —† ) und Ausgabemittel (5 —† ) der elektronischen Steuereinheit aufweist. Die elektronische Steuereinheit enthält ein Sicherheitsmodul (3 —† ) und eine Kommunikationseinheit (31 —† ), welche betriebsmäßig mit einem Mikrorechner (20 —† ) der elektronischen Steuereinheit verbunden sind. Der Mikrorechner (20 —† ) ist mit mindestens einem Eingabemittel (4 —† , 9 —† ) betriebsmäßig verbunden, wobei der Mikrorechner (20 —† ) zur Überprüfung der Autorisierung und das Sicherheitsmodul (3 —† ) zur Entschlüsselung von Nachrichten oder das Sicherheitsmodul (3 —† ) zur Entschlüsselung von Nachrichten und zur Überprüfung der Authentisierung programmiert ist.
