[origin: EP2397058A2] The device (10) has a guiding element (30) that is movable connected to a surface cleaning element (11). An operational element (50) performs a work due to a relative movement of the surface cleaning element and the guiding element with respect to each other. The guiding element is movably connected with the surface cleaning element by a set of joints (32, 33). The surface cleaning element is formed as a wet cleaning nozzle for intake of dust particles.
