A receiving element receives a deceleration element, and is made of metal and/or alloy. The energy transmission element, a driving mechanism, the deceleration element and the receiving element are accommodated in a housing (20). The housing is made of plastic. The receiving element is fastened to the driving mechanism by the housing.
