The system has universal ground holders (19, 20) for fixation of protection wall supporting units in ground, where construction-height of the system ranges to 0.90 meter. A single or double chamber-clamp supporting unit is provided for clamping a single or double chamber-acoustic beam, which is made of metal. A single or double chamber-stabilization supporting unit is provided for longitutinal stabilization of the acoustic beam, which reduces sound pressure level that is produced by a chassis of a rail car. The beam has elastomer materials that are fixed via plastic rivets.

Auf spezielle Standard-Gründungselemente installierte Vorrichtungen (nachherein auch Absorptionsbalken genannt), die den durch Fahrverkehr auf Gleisanlagen erzeugten hörbaren Luftschall autodynamisch mittels der axiomatisch bekannten physikalischen Mechanismen der Absorption/Dissipation in nicht hörbare Schwingungsenergiewellen umzuwandeln. Die Vorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem balkenförmig gestalteten Bauteil (U-Profil aus Metall oder gleichwertigen verformbaren Stoffen in beliebigen statisch zulässigen Längen) mit quadratischem oder rechteckigem Querschnitt besteht, das an drei (3) Seiten und den Kopfenden völlig geschlossen ist. Die vierte (4.) Seite ist als offener Schalleintritt ausgebildet und so verkleidet, dass die von der Schallquelle abgestrahlte Luftschallenergie so widerstandsfrei wie technisch möglich in das Innere des Absorptionsbalkens und damit in das dort befindliche Granulat einströmen kann.
