[origin: WO2010094436A1] The invention relates to a consumption counter for water and comparable fluids, comprising a housing (1) having an inlet (2) and an outlet (3), a measurement chamber (10) and at least one seal (20, 30, 40) between the housing (1) and measurement chamber (10), wherein the at least one seal (20, 30, 40) is permanently, positively attached. The positive fit is created by a plurality of recesses that are completely filled by the sealing material.
