Abstract (en)

The assembly (1) has a circular joint (9) whose initial diameter (D1) is identical to internal diameter (D2) of an external skirt (3). A base (12) of a hollow tuck-in part (11) of a closure (2) is concave such that the base is subjected to axial pressure to deform the base toward a plate shape under the effect of internal pressure of a product stored in a container (6) after definite screwing of the closure for increasing distance between an axis (XX') of the closure and a radial contact zone of a flange (16) of the joint and consequently increasing radial forces exerted on the joint. The joint is realized from plastic material resistant against aggressive product.

Ensemble de bouchage sécurisé (1) du type comportant un bouchon (2) associé à un joint d'étanchéité (9) venant en appui sur le buvant (10) du col (5) d'un contenant (6), caractérisé en ce que le bouchon (2) présente une partie rentrante creuse (11) délimitant un logement périphérique interne borgne (15), et en ce que le joint (9) est de configuration circulaire et d'un diamètre initial (D1) supérieur à celui (D4) du fond (12) du bouchon (2), sur une zone centrale interne duquel il est fixé, la différence des diamètres (D1-D4) définissant une zone périphérique formant une collerette libre (16) apte à se conformer et à être comprimé contre la paroi latérale interne (13) du logement borgne (15) sous la poussée de la paroi interne (17) du buvant (10), créant des forces de serrage sensiblement radiales, de part et d'autre de la collerette (16) du joint.
