[origin: EP2399847A1] The device has a prismatic fabric container (2) suspended at a supporting frame (1) and forming a base (4) in the form of a discharge funnel with supporting bars (5) at a transition region from the base to a container cover (3). The supporting bars are suspended at the frame over tension springs (6). A spring-loaded constriction device (7) for the container cover is provided at a distance above the supporting bars. The constriction device comprises a collar, which is flexible in a circumferential direction and encompasses the container cover.
