The foundation system (12) has a base (14) and a foundation member (1), where the foundation member has a bottom section (2) and an anchor (4). The foundation member is clamped by using the anchor with the base. The foundation member is connected to the base in a force-fit manner by using the anchor. An independent claim is also included for a method for construction a foundation system.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gründungssystem zur Ballastierung von Aufbauten, wobei das Gründungssystem ein Fundament und ein Gründungselement umfasst, wobei das Gründungselement einen Fußabschnitt und zumindest einen Anker umfasst und wobei das Gründungselement mittels des Ankers mit dem Fundament verspannt ist.
