The element has a stop module (5) and a connecting and assembling profile (2) i.e. hollow chamber profile, that are connected with each other, and a decoration module (4) pushed into the connecting and assembling profile. The decoration module and the stop module are aligned to each other in a surface-flushed manner in an inserted state of the decoration module and the connecting and assembling profile. Surfaces of the decoration module and the stop module are separated from each other by a region (2b) of the connecting and assembling profile according to a type of an intermediate layer. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a frame structure element.

Das Rahmenstrukturelement, insbesondere für Tür- oder Fensterrahmen, weist ein Verbindungs- und Montageprofil (2), ein Ziermodul (4) und ein Anschlagmodul (5) auf. Das Anschlagmodul und das Verbindungs- und Montageprofil (2) sind miteinander verbunden. Das Ziermodul (4) ist in das Verbindungs- und Montageprofil (2) eingeschoben. Beim Verfahren zur Montage eines Rahmenstrukturelementes werden zunächst ein Ziermodul (4) und ein Anschlagmodul (5) mit daran vorgesehenem Verbindungs- und Montageprofil (2) entsprechend der Maße der Türöffnung vorgefertigt und beim Einbau in der Türöffnung zu dem Rahmenstrukturelement zusammengesetzt.
