Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2400190A2] The rotary plug valve has a housing (1) and a rotary plug that is rotary arranged in the housing. The housing has a housing part (11) provided with an opening, by which the rotary plug is inserted as a unit into the housing part. The rotary plug is connected with a drive shaft (3). The housing has another housing part (12), which is connected with the former housing part in a sealed manner by a connecting element (18).
