Abstract (en)
The method involves connecting an opening (4) of a tapered fibrous web (5) with an end (2) of a running fibrous web (3) together. A carrier-free adhesive (10) is applied in the form of a strand (21) on a surface on the fibrous webs by an adhesive application device (12), where the strand covers the opening and the end of the webs. The adhesive is applied over breadth of the fibrous webs in regions of the webs, where the regions comprise different distances to longitudinal edges (18) of the fibrous webs, and the adhesive application device comprises a hardening acceleration device (24). The fibrous webs are made of paper or cardboard. An independent claim is also included for a device for connecting an end of a running fibrous web with an opening of a tapered fibrous web.

Es wird ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Verbinden eines Endes (2) einer ablaufenden Faserstoffbahn (3) mit einem Anfang (4) einer zulaufenden Faserstoffbahn (5) angegeben, bei dem der Anfang (4) und das Ende (2) Stoß an Stoß aneinandergelegt und miteinander verbunden werden. Man möchte eine kostengünstige Verbindung von zwei Faserstoffbahnen ermöglichen. Hierzu ist vorgesehen, dass man einen trägerfreien Klebstoff (10) auf mindestens eine Oberfläche beider Faserstoffbahnen (3, 5) aufträgt.
