[origin: EP2402510A2] The bollard has a lift drive (8) comprising an endless traction unit (11), which is guided over an upper driven guide wheel (9) and a lower free rotatable guide wheel (10). A drive shaft (14) for the upper guide wheel supports an actuating cam (16) for pivoting a locking hook (18) in a releasing position, which releases a locking stop (19). The upper guide wheel possesses an actuator (15), which limits a freewheel angle of the upper wheel against the shaft and cooperates with the actuating cam. The upper guide wheel is freely rotated on the drive shaft.
